Enjoy the benefits of sea salt without the beach sand with Journeyman Sea Salt Bar Soap. Ever wonder why your skin feels great after swimming in the ocean or a salt water pool? It is because sea salt is cleansing, detoxifying, and exfoliating. Sea salt also contains a multitude of trace minerals such as magnesium, zinc, calcium, potassium and iodine that are an all-natural skin treatment. Combine the mineral benefits of sea salt with a natural soap plus our classic journeyman scent, and you've got a rejuvenating, long-lasting salt bar soap with a dense, creamy lather that makes your skin look and feel great.
How we make our soap
Before everything was "new and improved", there was "tried and true." Our soaps are based on recipes that Monica's great-grandmother used for decades and people clamor for today. Unlike grandmother's informal recipes that varied from batch to batch, we employ standardized processes to evolve her recipes and ensure consistency in each batch. Every bar of soap is poured in small batches in our shop in Texas. After cutting and curing for a minimum of four weeks, we test every batch and then package it for you. Using the highest quality ingredients, we continue to provide traditional craftsmanship in a modern, fast-paced world.
About our soap
Our Journeyman Salt Bar contains 50% sea salt. The addition of the sea salt in our salt bar adds the benefits of sea salt's natural trace minerals. Sea salt also makes an excellent exfoliant to make your skin feel clean and smooth and make your skin look like you go to the beach every day. Every bar includes coconut oil and cocoa butter for superior moisture retention for your skin.
Each 4 ½ oz. bar contains coconut oil, sea salt, distilled water, sodium hydroxide, castor oil, cocoa butter, apricot kernel oil, and cedarwood, lavender, tea tree, rosemary, and key lime essential oils. All of our soaps are handcrafted in small batches so your Journeyman Salt Bar Soap may differ slightly from the photo.
Journeyman Salt Bar Soap is all natural and hand made in Texas.
